The Whole Performance provides the full approach of care catering to your pain and performance using a unique blend of sports medicine, sports chiropractic, physical therapy, fitness training, and nutrition in one location that you can't find in standard practices. Training can include functional fitness for adults or athletic performance training for kids or adults wanting to get to the next level. Either can be 1 on 1 private sessions or can be scheduled in a group of 2-6 people of your choosing.
