nutrition

Nourishing yourself with food as medicine is the key factor to feeling good and performing your best. As a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition, Dr. Brit helps those find the right balance so each individual finds the healthier lifestyle that meets their needs and expectations. Instead of using fad diets and templates, she will help you find your individual plan while addressing some underlying culprits that may be limiting you from reaching your goals. Whether your trying to gain knowledge on nutrition, improve healing or performance, or remove the internal warfare of emotional eating, Dr. Brit will help guide you to become your better self one day at a time.
TREATing

Dr. Brit continues to strive to give the best knowledge and treatment to her patients through her studies and continuing education in the chiropractic, sports medicine, and physical rehab fields. She attended Logan University for both her Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters of Sports Science and Rehabilitation before she continued her post grad studies to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner exam through the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Medicine. Her well rounded education helps her passionately give patients more than what she was never given as a patient herself. For the chronic in pain patients, she understands you and wants to provide the time it takes to truly identify and treat the culprits to your issues.
TRaining

From one athlete to another, Dr. Brit understands your passion and wants to see you succeed. She's not only experienced with four years of D1 collegiate soccer, but also credible with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist and National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. As a division 1 collegiate athlete she understands the demand it takes to get to your next level of performance. Unlike most trainers she has additional training in movement and rehab that helps her identify compensations that can limit performance or assist an injury. Her passion is to help those attain athletic excellence or physical fitness in a smart and functional way while avoiding injury.
